Main Frame

made of rectangular steel tube 40x30 mm, provided with multifunctionalpolished cast aluminium joints for side rails lock on and with multifunctionalnylon joints at four corners for push bar frame, fixed height I.V. rod (Mod.500697) and monitor holder (Mod. 200359) easy and fast lock on. Provided withfull lenght and width soft PVC bumpers, unremovable.

Section Frame

made of semi-oval steel tube 40x20 mm.

Mattress Platform

two removable steelwelded meshes Ø 5 mm and Ø 6 mm, locked on special nylon parts.

Side Rails Frame

made of round anodizedaluminium tube Ø 30 mm and Ø 22 mm. Provided with nylon parts with exclusiveergonomic design and with three-position handle, for easy and safe handling.Easy to unlock and lower by rotation device.

Push Bar Frame

made of round anodizedaluminium tube Ø 30 mm and Ø 22 mm. Provided with nylon parts with exclusiveergonomic design and with three-position handle, for easy and safe handling.

Support Frame

made of semi-oval 50x40mm and round Ø 32 mm steel tubes. Four castors Ø 200 mm, controlled by a threeposition foot lever for very easy patient trolley movement: three swivellingand one steering, four swivelling, four braked.

Steel Coating

RAL 1013 ivory epoxypowder (average coating 90 micron, 200°) by industrial robot.

Equipment

prearranged to holdoptional wire basket (Mod. 200362), gas cylinder holder (Mod. 200355) or gascylinder holder with wire basket (Mod. 200356).

Adjustments

backrest to any position(max 80°) by power-assisted gas spring device with handle on head side. Height50-80 cm by oleodynamic pump activated by means of foot pedal. Trendelenburgtilt and reverse to any position (max 14° TR head down, max 11° RTR leg down) by friction ratchet with handle on foot side. A bubble level fixed on mainframe allows you to quickly check tilt level.
